We haven't done much but I did get my pictures framed and hung up and the valance hung on the window. We've still got a LOT of work ahead of us but I had to have my pictures up because I love them.
Close up of valance: I got it on sale at Target. It has all of the same colors as the artwork.
To do:
Paint (something akin to Sandstone Cove from Behr)
New countertops (at least these don't have white grout. White grout in the kitchen is EVIL!)
New white cabinets
New stainless sink
Window treatment (I bought cute striped curtains now I just need to get a rod up)
Black fridge (someday)
Frame and hang artwork
Already done:
Installed my range and dishwasher from the condo. They were too nice and wayyyy too expensive to leave behind!
Purchased my dog and cat prints from Ken Bailey. I ended up with two dogs (the bull terrier tea and shih tzu rice) and two cats (EG insisted).
From the kitchen/living room doorway back to the media room. Washer and dryer is in closet on right.
Oooh.. .Avocado! (this is all seller's stuff)
The island will go right in front of the window and the Bailey prints will go two on either side.
It's the Somerset Kitchen Island from Crate and Barrel.
